(1-25-21) The Mercer County Health District (MCHD) is announcing our COVID-19 distribution plans for people who are 75 years of age and older. Our next drive-thru clinics are scheduled for Wednesday, January 27 and Friday, January 29. Due to a limited supply of vaccine, there will a limited number of appointments available. The Pfizer vaccine will be administered.
Wednesday, January 27, 2021 Drive-Thru Clinic
• Time: 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM• Location: Mercer County Fairgrounds•
Registration: Individuals who are 75 years of age and older are eligible to register for an appointment beginning noon on Tuesday, January 26.

Anyone unable to register online can make an appointment by calling 567-890-2619. Phone registration will be available until 3:00 PM unless appointments are filled earlier. Please do not call the MCHD to register for appointments before noon on Tuesday.
Friday, January 29, 2021 Drive-Thru Clinic
• MCHD is collaborating with the Mercer County Board of Developmental Disabilities to plan a separate clinic for people with developmental or intellectual disabilities along with other conditions that qualify them to receive the vaccine in Phase 1B. Depending on vaccine availability, limited appointments may also be available for people 75 and older on Friday. More information to come.• Location: Mercer County Fairgrounds
Each person who schedules an appointment is also encouraged to complete the vaccine registration form before visiting the clinic. It can be found here: https://mchdohio.org/…/Blank-COVID-19-insurance…. All contracted private insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare will be billed for the administration fee. No out-of-pocket payment will be collected. There will be a 15-minute waiting period after the vaccine is given.
