This past week the North Adams School District decided not to open the classrooms as scheduled and decided to go to remote learning, in the process the district also stopped all athletic and extra-curricular activities after an order came from the local Health Department.
The other school districts (Adams Central and South Adams) have not made announcements that would stop school or athletics from proceeding.
Decatur seems to be the spot of concern in the county, last week the health department sent out details of an outbreak situation –
