(4-14-20) While Ohio residents are facing the reality of the cornavirus, the Ohio Supreme Court has remained in session.
One recent appeal ruling of interest focuses on Mercer County in the Summers vs. Fox case. The appeal was based on the Freedom of Information Act requests by Charles Summers that were denied by Mercer County Prosecuting Attorney Matthew Fox.
The court has ordered that Mercer County Prosecuting Attorney Matthew Fox is to make available all documents requested by Summers in the FOIA request to the court. Fox will also send his detailed explanations of why he should not release each one to Summers.
