Scott Glenn

(3-11-20) On 03/10/2020 the Celina Police Department received information from Crimestoppers out of Allen County Indiana regarding Scott M. Glenn (27). The information given advised that  Glenn held two felony warrants out of Allen County, Indiana for Escape and Violation of Home Dentention / Carrying a Handgun without a Permit. It was reported that he was at his mother’s residence at 1100 Myers Road, Apt. 5 in Celina and she denied he was there.

At around  10:38 PM Celina Police officers along with deputies from the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office went to 1100 Myers Rd., Apt. 5 and made contact with Scott’s mother and boyfriend. They were identified as Christi L. Haas (45) and Carl A. Bowman II (45). They denied Scott was inside and refused a consent to search at first. They were warned that they would be arrested for obstructing justice when Scott was found coming from the apartment. A deputy heard banging and movement in the back bedroom of the apartment. A short time later, Christi and Carl came outside. Christi then told officers they could check the apartment.

Scott was found hiding in the attic. He was taken in to custody on the felony warrants.
Christi and Carl were both arrested for felony obstructing justice and incarcerated.

The Celina Police Department was assisted by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office, Celina Fire Department, and Coldwater Police Department.
