(2-26-20) What do you do after two decades in radio? Jonathan Williams, former sales manager at WCSM, told the Celina Kiwanis his next step was starting his own production company. Williams’ family moved to Celina when he was in eighth grade. Although they moved away after he graduated, he returned after college to make Celina his home. He married another Celina graduate and they had two children.
Williams hoped to work in television, but he found his first career in radio. With the changes in social media and the multiple methods of information delivery, he decided it was a good time to capitalize on his training to create his own business, JW Production & Sound. The company’s “production and recording services include video for social media, websites, events and television broadcast” as well as “audio for radio broadcast and voice overs.”
Williams is also an experienced master of ceremonies and DJ available for events ranging from graduation parties to weddings. For more information about JW Production & Sound, contact Jonathan Williams at 419 296-2892 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Celina Kiwanis will host Division 2 Lt. Governor Linda Steinbrunner at their March Board meeting. Members are also planning their March Fun Night. Hans Rehrmann will hold a training session to familiarize members with the club’s new website. The club recently received information about the Kiwanis International Convention. The recent past president urged members to attend since the convention will be held in Indianapolis.
