(02-21-20) – Brian Powell (58) was recently indicted in the Mercer County Common Pleas Court and is accused of one count of burglary and 4 counts of theft from a person in a protected class.
Powell on December 26, 2019 entered an occupied structure stealing cash and electronics from a local resident described as an elderly person, a disabled adult, active duty service member or the spouse of an active duty service member.
He was booked on February 18th..
