CELINA, OH – (10-3-19)  Mercer County Sheriff Jeff Grey reports that his office has completed an extradition of an inmate from the Clark County Sheriff’s Office in Nevada.

On September 30, 2019, two deputies from the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office flew out of Dayton International Airport and arrived at McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Early the following morning, the deputies took custody of Matthew J. Millisor (45).  Millisor was then flown back to Ohio where he was transported to the Mercer County Jail and booked in shortly before 9:00 p.m.

A warrant had been issued by the Mercer County Common Pleas Court on September 5, 2019 for a Probation Violation.  Millisor is on probation after having been convicted of Non-Support of Dependents.  He owes well over $15,000 in back child support on this case alone.  Millisor also has a new pending Indictment for Failure to Pay Child Support in Mercer County on another case.  There are also several other agencies in Ohio that have warrants entered for Millisor.

Mr. Millisor is being held in the Mercer County Jail, without bond, pending a hearing in the Mercer County Common Pleas Court.
