(4-24-19) The Mercer County Prosecutor’s office has entered a motion to Mercer County Common Pleas Court to no longer pursue three charges of sexual battery against Heather Henry (48) of Celina.
The charges stem from incidents that took place between Henry and a minor-aged boy during the Christmas break of last year (2018).
With those three charges being dropped Henry still faces five other charges:
- three felony charges of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor
- failure to comply with underage alcohol laws
- one felony charge of sexual battery
Henry is presently free on bond. An attorney conference is scheduled in the case for May 24th.

She’s female, thus she gets much more lenient treatment than a male teacher would. Wonder if Ingraham will lecture her about being a mandated reporter yet having the relationship and then throw the book at her….nah, totally different treatment under a law that is supposed to not discriminate between male and female. Only in Mercer County…..
