(4-17-19) Police in Hicksville have arrested Clementino Co-Juc (18) an illegal immigrant from Guatemala on a 1st Degree felony rape charge.

According to Hicksville Police  on April 10th, the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation and Toledo Police started an investigation into a sexual assault, The incident  took place in Hicksville and involved a juvenile.

Co-Juc was taken into custody and is jailed  at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio in Stryker.

He appeared in Defiance Municipal Court today and he needed a translator.
