(3-31-19) – Ergo Desktop owner Kathy Sharkey has made another large contribution to the Bryson Park District of $150,000 that will pay for a spider climber and a climbing bridge.
The new additions will be geared for children who are between the ages of 5-12 to climb up to more than 20 feet high.
2018 story –
It is the second donation made by the Celina company to the new park district. In January of 2018 Ergo Desktop made a donation of $200,000 for a new Splash Pad.
The donations were made to honor her late husband Daniel Sharkey who passed away from Cancer in January of 2015.
Also being added to the new park district is an Americans with Disabilities Act-accessible playground.
Celina City Officials are shooting to have some of the projects done by Memorial Day.
