(7-30-18) Today in Darke County Common Pleas Court, Patrick Flint, Jr. (49) Fort Recovery, was arraigned on charges of failure to provide proof of current address. Flint is a convicted sex offender in Indiana and is required to register with authorities in his county of residence.
Flint provided his address and phone number to Judge Hein and asked to be released on his own recognizance. That request was denied after the prosecutor, James Bennett, said Flint was a flight risk with numerous previous offenses.
Judge Jonathan P. Hein set bond at $20,000. Flint is still in custody with his next court appearance, which is a pre-trial hearing to be held August 20.

I’ve lived in Fort Recovery for several decades, and I’ve never seen or heard of this person.
