COLUMBUS – Ohio State Highway Patrol Trooper Ryan R. Stanley was promoted to the rank of sergeant on April 29, 2018 and was recognized yesterday by Colonel Paul A. Pride, Patrol superintendent, during a ceremony at the Patrol’s Training Academy. Sergeant Stanley will transfer from his current assignment at the Marysville Post to serve as an assistant post commander at the Wapakoneta Post.
Sergeant Stanley began his Patrol career in September 2003 as a member of the 141st Academy Class. He earned his commission in March of the following year and was assigned to the Piqua Post. As a trooper, he also served at the Marysville Post.
