Orlando Candelaria, 37, Celina is facing multiple charges after he was arrested by the Celina Police Department this past weekend (possession of a controlled substance, contempt of court and driving under suspension.) at the Best Western Hotel in Celina.
Candelaria is presently in custody at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center.
