(10-11-17) The Mercer County Sheriff’s Office is seeking help from the public in identifying suspects wanted for theft from TSC (Tractor Supply Company) on US Rte 127.
On October 3rd, 2017 at approximately 10am, Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of theft. Deputies were advised by employees at TSC that two males had stolen a new pair of boots.
The first male is described as late 20s or early 30s, taller with dark hair and facial hair. He was wearing a winter jacket, camo hat, black tennis shoes, and jeans. The second male was about the same age, shorter than the first, long blondish hair, with facial acne. He was wearing a gray hoodie, jeans, and a bandana on his head.
The employees stated that the first male stood in the isle watching the cashier, while the other managed to put his old tennis shoes in a shoe box and put on a new pair of boots. They replaced a $159.99 pair of boots with a pair of Nike Z3’s size 9.
They drove off in a red or orange colored 4 door hatchback vehicle. A partial plate was given by the employees, but did not return to any vehicle.
