(3-21-26) Four individuals have been booked on a variety of different charges.

All four are being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center.

Adam Hoyng (37) was booked on contempt of court and resisting arrest misdemeanor charges.

Anthony Norris (38) of Celina was booked by Celina Police on a 3rd degree sexual battery charge.

Cooper Clay (18) was booked on two charges by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office on a domestic violence charge and aggravated menacing. He is being held on $10,000 bond.

Dallas Fortner (31) was booked by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office on a 1st degree misdemeanor of vehicular vandalism, a 5th degree felony of possessing criminal tools and a 4th degree felony of aggravated assault. He has been sentenced on the two felony charges.
