(3-14-26) A fatal two-vehicle crash in Portland, Indiana, on FridayMarch 13th claimed the life of Randall Roll (64) of Portland at U.S. 27 and CR 800 South, Roll was pronounced dead at the scene.

Lucke Senters (24), of Huntington, failed to stop at the stop sign at U.S. 27 and CR 800 South while looking for a dropped item and striking Roll’s vehicle.

A passenger in the Roll car…Ramona Chapman (73) of Portland, was injured and transported for treatment.

The incident occurred at approximately 11:50 a.m. Friday; blood alcohol test results for the driver are pending.
