(2-22-26) The US Embassy in Mexico tells Americans to shelter in place due to multiple explosions and reports of widespread gunfire.
The US Embassy specifically references the following locations: Jalisco State (including Puerto Vallarta, Chapala, and Guadalajara), Tamaulipas State (including Reynosa and other municipalities), areas of Michoacán State, Guerrero State, and Nuevo León State.
The Mexican army killed the leader of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel, Nemesio RubĂ©n Oseguera Cervantes, “El Mencho, ” on Sunday, decapitating what had become Mexico’s most powerful cartel.
Oseguera Cervantes was wounded in an operation to capture him Sunday in Tapalpa, Jalisco about two hours drive southwest of Guadalajara Sunday and died while being flown to Mexico City, the Defense Department said in a statement. The state is the base of the cartel known for trafficking huge quantities of fentanyl and other drugs to the United States.
During the operation, troops came under fire and killed four people at the location. Three more people, including Oseguera Cervantes, were wounded and later died, the statement said. Two others were arrested and armored vehicles, rocket launchers and other arms were seized. Three members of the armed forces were wounded and receiving medical treatment.

It is a result of our government not properly addressing the issue for years. It hasn’t been one party or administration.
My comment regarding Trump blaming Biden is based on fact that that is what Trump does. Want to take a bet on how much time Trump spends tonight on blaming someone else for his administration’s failures?
The delusion is thinking Trump is never wrong or responsible for the poor outcomes of his decisions.
