(2-17-26) Lance Holland (44) of Ft. Wayne was charged on a 5th degree felony of theft, 4th degree felony of theft without consent and 2nd degree felony engaging in pattern of corrupt activity.

He is being held with no bond at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center and is awaiting a Mercer County Common Pleas Court hearing.
