(1-31-26) Michelle Kishler (65) of Celina was booked by the Celina Police on a 1st degree misdemeanor of theft, without consent.

She is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center on $1,000 (10%) bond and is awaiting a Celina Municipal Court hearing.

In Ohio, a first-degree misdemeanor theft offense (petty theft) involves knowingly obtaining or exerting control over property or services worth less than $1,000 without the owner’s consent, or by deception/threat, with the intent to deprive them of it.
