(1-31-26) Michelle Kishler (65) of Celina was booked by the Celina Police on a 1st degree misdemeanor of theft, without consent.
She is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center on $1,000 (10%) bond and is awaiting a Celina Municipal Court hearing.
