(1-24-26) Kristopher Mitchell (25) of Celina was booked on two separate charges.A 4th degree misdemeanor of disorderly conduct, physically offensive condition, eisk of harm and a 2nd degree misdemeanor of obstructing official business.
He is being held at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center on $7,500 (10%) bond and is awaiting a Celina Municipal Court hearing.
