(12-27-25) Two separate domestic violence arrests in Mercer County.

Elise Byron (20) of Coldwater was booked by the Coldwater Police Department on a 4th degree misdemeanor of domestic violence.

She is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center on $25,000 (10%) and awaiting a Celina Municipal Court hearing.

In Ohio…a 4th degree misdemeanor is punishable by up to 30 days in jail and $250 in fines.

Teddy Poppe (47) of St. Marys was booked by the Celina Police Department on a 1st degree misdemeanor of Domestic Violence.

He is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center and is awaiting a Celina Municipal Court hearing.
