Greenville, OH – (12-10-25) OSU Extension, Darke County will offer Food Protection Manager Certification Training and Exam throughout 2026. This program meets Ohio Department of Health requirements for Level 2 Certification in Food Protection and is ideal for food service professionals who need certification but prefer flexible learning options.
Participants complete the required training online through the TAP (Training Achievement Program) Series at their own pace. After finishing the course, they will take a proctored ServSafe® certification exam at the OSU Extension Office in Greenville.
Exam Details:
• Location: OSU Extension Office, 603 Wagner Ave., Greenville, OH
• Cost: $150 per person (includes online course and exam; non-refundable)
• Seating: Limited to 5 participants per date
• Additional Fee: $25 to reschedule the exam
