(12-8-25) Christopher Kroger (60) of Rockford was booked by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office on a 1st degree misdemeanor of aggravated menacing.
He is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center on $2,000 (10%) bond. He is awaiting a court hearing.
