(12-4-25) It all started back in 2004 and it has been 21 years since that time that the Mercer County Outlook went online. Lots has changed over those year including constant changes on how the web offers opportunities for an online media source.

Besides the Outlook we have the Stateline Sports Network that covers the stateline area, the midwest and the USA with stories about high school sports.

The Stateline Network EXTRA which features various items…including Berrien County Outlook (southwest Michigan) stories, horse racing, etc.

What has made the these sources work are the numerous social media sites that we use to update many of you…Facebook, ‘X‘, Blue Sky, Threads and Instagram.

The key has been those of you who have been loyal to the site(s)…the many who make sure to send us details of their events etc.

We strive hard to be fair to many different issues….some of you will disagree with how we attempt to do that, which is ok. We will be the first to admit that we are not ‘perfect‘ but we try hard to do our best.

Yes… the Outlook does more then just Mercer County stories, we also do regional stories, Ohio related stories and national stories that effect everyone and have an impact on all of us.

The Outlook is free to anyone…we promote local events and that is also free to groups who use it.

This year the Outlook had over 3,600,000 hits….which is amazing…all thanks to you!
