(11-28-25) The following Parkway students who auditioned for and were accepted into the Ohio Music Education Association District 3 Honors Festival performing groups:

Lydia Eichler, Hayden Castleman, Blake Jackson, Isaac Menchhofer (choir)

There were over 426 students from District 3 who auditioned and just over 200 were accepted for the band, choir, and jazz band.

The Ohio Music Education Association District 3 Festival Concert will be held on Sunday, January 18, 2026, at the Niswonger Performing Arts Center in Van Wert. Guest conductors are Brian Stevens, OMEA President and retired Director of Bands from Dublin Jerome (band) and Jordan Saul from The Ohio State University (choir). Students will participate in two Saturday rehearsals prior to the performance, with each rehearsal being 6 hours.
