(11-18-25) Two men were arrested in Van Wert County on drug charges.
Yesterday at 12:37 pm Van Wert County Sheriff’s Deputies served a warrant issued by Van Wert County Common Pleas Court for a Fifth Degree Felony charge of Aggravated Possession of Drugs. Brandon Michael Cooper (28) of Paulding County, is being held at the Van Wert County Correctional Facility.
At 12:45 pm Deputies served a warrant issued by Van Wert County Common Pleas Court for a Fourth Degree Felony Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs; Fifth Degree Felony charges of Trafficking in a Fentanyl Related Compound, Aggravated Possession of Drugs, and Possession of a Fentanyl Related Compound. Cycle James Black (39) of Columbus, is being held at the Van Wert County Correctional Facility.
