(11-15-25) This last week it was announced that Kozy Kampground (5134 IT IT’S RD) had been sold to an investment group from Columbus – RiverWest Partners.

The campground had been owned by William and Margaret Ann Goodwin for many years. William passed away on July 18, 2013 and Margaret Ann died on November 11, 2024.
