(11-13-25) Andrew Underwood (48) was booked by the Celina Police Department today on a 5th degree felony count of theft and two 5th degree felonies of passing bad checks.

Underwood is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center with no bond awaiting a Mercer County Common Pleas Court hearing.
