(10-31-25) Khristopher Tharp (50) of Celina was booked yesterday on a 5th degree felony of possession of drugs, obtain, possess or use.
In Ohio, a fifth-degree (F-5) felony for possession of drugs (obtaining, possessing, or using a controlled substance) is punishable by 6 to 12 months in prison and a fine of up to $2,500
After he was booked he was released. Tharp is awaiting a Mercer County Common Pleas Court hearing.

Tharp was recently arrested on two separate occasions…a 1st degree misdemeanor driving under OVI suspension and the same charge seven days later. He was released from the Mercer County Adult Detention Center after a short time.
