(10-29-25) Sabrina Rayford (34) of Berne was arrested on a felony one count of child molestation, two level three felony counts of battery resulting in serious bodily injury to a person under the age of 14, a level five felony count of battery resulting in bodily injury to a person under the age of 14, and a level six felony count of intimidation by making a threat to commit a forcible felony on Friday by the Berne Police Department.
Adams County Circuit Court Initial Hearing is scheduled for 10/30/2025 at 1:00 PM. She is being held at the Adams County Law Enforcement and Detention Center. Bond was set at $60,000.00 surety.
