(10-17-25) Joshua Bernholt (36) of Celina was booked by thr Mercer County Sheriff’s Office on a 5th degree felony of possesion of fentanyl related compound and a 4th degree misdemeanor illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

He is being held at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center with no bond…awaiting a Mercer County Common Pleas Court Hearing.

Bernholt was picked up on a warrant that was issued in February—

Austin Law (19) of St. Marys was booked by the Celina Police Department on a 1st degree misdemeanor of theft without consent and a 3rd degree misdemeanor of offenses involving underage persons.

After he was booked he was released on bail. He is awaiting a Municipal Court hearing.
