(10-8-25) The Celina Police arrested Keith Miller (43) of Celina on a 5th degree felony charge of possession of drugs, with no bond. He is awaiting a Mercer County Common Pleas Court hearing.

The Mercer County Sheriff’s Officebooked Shawn Moorman (47) of Wapakoneta.

Moorman was brought back yesterday from the North Central Correctional Institute from Marion for an upcoming hearing in the Mercer County Common Pleas Court.

He is being held without bond aa the Mercer County Adult Detention Center.
