(10-7-25) Donald Shumaker (59) of Ft. Recovery was booked on a 1st degree misdemeanor of telecommunications harassment, post a text, audio or image on the internet.

He is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center on $2,000 (10%) bond. He is awaiting a Celina Municipal Court hearing on October 8th.
