In Ohio, disorderly conduct becomes a fourth-degree misdemeanor when the offender persists in the disorderly behavior after being given a reasonable warning or request to stop. This persistent conduct can involve actions like taunting, making noise, hindering people, or creating a physically offensive condition. A conviction for this offense can lead to penalties including fines up to $250 and up to 30 days in jail.
