Lima, OH (9-29-25) — On the evening of September 28, 2025, at approximately 7:37 p.m., two individuals — Skyler Judy and Brayden Baker — climbed the recreation yard fence at the WORTH Center during a scheduled program and left the facility without authorization.
The WORTH Center immediately activated its emergency response procedures and began working closely with the Allen County Sheriff’s office. Thanks to the swift action of law enforcement, It is confirmed that both individuals were located and apprehended in the Lima area.
The WORTH Center will continue to be fully cooperative with the Allen County Sheriff’s Office throughout the entire investigation and will continue to provide any necessary assistance as the situation develops.
Additionally, the WORTH Center has initiated an internal investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident to determine any potential procedural failures and to ensure the continued safety and security of all residents and staff.
