(9-27-25) Elizabeth Barnes (26) of Celina was booked by the Celina Police Department on a 4th degree misdemeanor disorderly conduct persistent charge.

What Is Persistent Disorderly Conduct?

In Ohio…If you continued behaving a certain way after you were told to stop, then you could be charged with persistent disorderly conduct, a fourth-degree misdemeanor. The punishment may include up to $250 in fines, up to 30 days in jail, probation, house arrest, and up to 200 hours of community service.

She is being held on a $50 cash bond and is awaiting a Celina Municipal Court hearing.
