(9-20-25) Albert Behm (76) of Celina has been charged with three 2nd degree felony counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor and one 2nd degree felony count of the illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material or performance.

Behm is being held without bond at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center pending an appearance in Mercer County Common Pleas Court.

In Ohio, counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor are a second-degree felony. This offense carries potential penalties including a prison sentence of two to eight years and a maximum fine of $15,000.
