(9-18-25) Brandon Fleming (38) of Union City was booked on a 5th degree felony of breaking and entering, tresspass on land or premises, purpose to commit a felony and a 5th degree felony of theft, beyond express, implied consent.

He is being held at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center and is being held with no bond….he is awaiting a Mercer County Common Pleas Court hearing.
