Library news:

The Friends of the Mercer County District Library will be having the fall book sale of 2025.  The Event  will be held on Friday, October 3, and Saturday, October 4.  The hours of the book sale are Friday, October 3, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday, October 4, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The book sale is in the Book Barn across the alley to the north of the library and behind the Marilyn Frahm Memorial Park.

On Saturday, October 4, is bag sale for the whole day.  You buy one blue library bag for $3.00 and fill it full with any adult books or children’s books, DVD’s or mujsic CD’s are included also.

The funds from the Friends of the Library book sale help with the expense for children’s, teen and adult programs or any other library sponsored programs.
