(9-17-25) Samuel Bibbs (43) of Kenton was booked yesterday by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office on a 5th degree felony of possession of drugs and a 5th degree felony of theft.

Bibbs is awaiting a Mercer County Common Pleas Court hearing and is being held with no bond in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center.
