(9-11-25) Matthew Risch (45) of Lima was being held in the Auglaize County Jail with two gross sexual imposition, two counts of disseminate matter harmful to juveniles and two public indecency-exposure charges.

The appeals court recently ordered a new trial for the alleged offenses, which reportedly took place in March 2023 and involved a girl who was under 12 years old at the time.
