(9-8-25) On September 8th, 2025 the Celina Police Department announced that Mayor Jeff Hazel swore in Colin Fuelling as the Assistant Chief of Police and David Powell as Sergeant.

Assistant Chief Fuelling has been serving with the Celina Police Department for over twenty years.

Sergeant Powell has been serving with the Celina Police Department for almost ten years and previously served with the Coldwater Police Department for seven years.
