(9-3-25) Two more members of the Thug Riders motorcycle gang, Justin Baker, known as Wild Boy and Cody Hughes, known as Tater, who were arrested as part of a federal organized crime investigation in June of 2024 are looking to plea guilty to those charges.

Baker has filed an intent to enter a guilty plea to the charge of Conspiracy to Commit a Violent Crime in Aid of Racketeering . His change of plea was recommended to be accepted and now awaits approval by a district court judge.
Hughes filed a motion for a change of plea hearing earlier this month. A hearing on Hughes plea agreement has not been scheduled and has not yet been recommended for approval.
Baker and Hughes would be the third and fourth members of the 14 gang members who were arrested and charged in June 2024 as part of a federal organized crime investigation into the motorcycle gang.

Michael Seth Henry, known an Brutal, pleaded guilty earlier this year and has been sentenced to 30 months in prison.
Matthew Hawkins, known as Hawk who pleaded earlier this year…has not been sentenced.
The trial for the other 10 Thug Rider members is set for October.
About the gang….
The Thug Riders Motorcycle Club was founded as an outlaw motorcycle gang in 2003 and has chapters in the U.S., Canada, Austraila, Morocco, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Germany and United Kingdom.
The club’s midwest region consists of chapters in Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Indiana, Illinois and Missouri. Dayton’s chapter was reportedly established in 2019.
The indictment was returned on June 11. Federal and local law enforcement officials arrested all 14 defendants yesterday.
According to the indictment, members of the TRMC Dayton chapter engaged in overt acts in support of their enterprise, including:
- blowing up a former member’s vehicle in Huber Heights in May 2021;
- killing a man during a September 2021 shootout in Harrison Township;
- shooting more than 190 live gunfire rounds into a rival motorcycle gang’s clubhouse in Lexington, Kentucky, in April 2023;
- threatening and extorting former gang members;
- breaking the leg of a patron at Toby’s Tavern in Dayton in June 2023;
- attacking a rival gang member at Chris’s Band Box in Dayton in July 2023;
- engaging in a shootout at a Springfield, Ohio, motorcycle gang’s clubhouse in March 2024; and
- physically assaulting members of another motorcycle gang in London, Ohio, in May 2024.
