(9-2-25) Austin Swartz (31) of Celina was booked yesterday by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office on a 3rd degree having weapons while under disability, drug related Condition, a 5th degree felony of possession of drugs, obtain possess or use and a 4th degree misdemanor of illegal use or possession of drug paraphenalia.

He is being held with no bond at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center awaiting court hearings.
