Three Arrested On DUI Charges

8-31-25 Three individuals so far this weekend have been booked on DUI charges.

Adeline Pumphrey (19) of Dublin, Indiana was booked by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office on a DUI charge and is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center on $2,000 (10%) bond.

• Indiana father, daughter charged with incest in Wayne County

Rylan Edwards (18) of Minster was arrested by Celina Police on DUI and also a 3rd degree misdemeanor of offenses involving underage persons, underage consume beer intoxicating liquor. He was released after being booked.

Devon Moyar (25) of Celina was booked on a DUI charge and was released after being booked.

All three are awaiting Celina Municipal Court hearings
