(8-30-25) Aaron Ballinger (46) of Celina has been indicted on a single 5th degree felony charge of receiving stolen property.
The August 21st indictment indicates that on December of 2023, “did receive, retain, or dispose of an enclosed trailer, the property of Victim # 1, knowing or having reasonable cause to believe that the property had been obtained through commission of a theft offense and the value of the property involved was one thousand dollars or more and was less than seven thousand five hundred dollars.”

This offense carries potential penalties of 6 to 12 months in prison and fines up to $2,500
Ballinger is scheduled for his first initial hearing in Mercer County Common Pleas Court on September 3rd at 9am.
