(8-25-25) Three arrests were made by Mercer County law enforcement agencies this past weekend.

Joni Lyons, Manoj Tiwari and Dustin Green

Joni Lyons (44) of Ridgeville, Indiana was booked by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office on a 1st degree misdemeaor of domestic violence, knowingly causing physical harm. She is being held at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center awaiting a hearing in Celina Municipal Court.

Manoj Tiwari (37) of Indianapolis was booked by the Celina Police on a 1st degree misdemeanor charge of DUI and a 1st degree misdemeanor of failure to comply with order or signal of police officer. He is being held at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center awaiting a hearing in Celina Municipal Court.

Dustin Green (30) of Celina was booked by the Celina Police on a 1st degree misdemeanor of making false alarms, law enforcement agency. He was released after posting bond.
