(8-25-25) Last week Jenny Rowe (42) of Celina was arrested on a felony charge of open burning and dumping (an unclassified felony).

She is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center on $50,000 (10%) bond. She had her initial Mercer County Common Pleas Court hearing today and is scheduled for arraignment tomorrow at 1pm.
