‼️CELINA ELEMENTARY STUDENT DROP OFF & PICKUP‼️

We are excited to share that the new parking lot in front of our building is nearly complete! With this update, we will also be implementing new drop-off and pick-up procedures to ensure a smooth and safe experience for everyone. Below are some important details to help you prepare for the new traffic patterns:

Two Traffic Routes
There will be two distinct routes for vehicle traffic:


East Entrance – Enter from the east side of the building (formerly Celina Intermediate School)

Southwest Entrance – Enter from the southwest side (formerly Celina Elementary School)
You may choose either route based on what is most convenient for your family. All students, regardless of grade level, will enter through the main front office entrance, so siblings can be dropped off and picked up together at the same time.


Preschool Drop-Off
Preschool families must use the southwest entrance. As in previous years, please do not arrive before your assigned time. Vehicles arriving early will be asked to re-enter the line to help maintain the flow of traffic.

General Drop-Off/Pick-Up Guidelines
Drop-off and pick-up are only permitted along the curb. Most areas have two lanes of traffic:

The curbside lane is for active drop-off and pick-up only.

The outer lane is for through-traffic and exiting the campus.

Unattended vehicles along the curb are strictly prohibited, as they will obstruct traffic flow.
To help ensure a smooth first day:

We strongly encourage families to attend Back-to-School Night, so students are familiar with their classrooms.

Staff will be available to assist and escort students to their classrooms on the first day. Thank you for your cooperation and flexibility as we transition into this new routine. We look forward to welcoming everyone back soon!
