Tyler Boyd

(8-12-25) On August 11, 2025, the Union City Police Department arrested Tyler Boyd (30) of Union City, Ohio.

Boyd was reportedly walking his dog when he approached a male victim and demanded the victim’s belongings. When the victim refused, Boyd allegedly brandished a firearm, pointed it at the victim, and again demanded his property. The victim refused a second time, and a physical altercation ensued.

During the struggle, Boyd reportedly struck the victim over the head with the firearm. Officers took Boyd into custody, and he was charged with Aggravated Robbery. He is currently housed in the Darke County Sheriff’s Jail.
